Jamie Farren is currently President, Spokesperson and co-founder of Freethought Oasis. As atheist and Rogue Scholar, Jamie can generally be found lounging amidst stacks of ancient tomes with impossibly dry titles while the sounds of Mozart's Overtures plays overhead.
When not embracing books from his library, Jamie embraces his wife and young son, for whom he tries to improve the world's appreciation of knowledge and the contemplative life.

Tracy Black is currently Treasurer and Events Coordinator and cofounder of Freethought Oasis, Corp. She’s a proud Texan, raised in Amarillo, and now raising her own family here. Tracy is a stay at home mother of four beautiful daughters that she home schools, and wife of co-member Mike Black. Her education is in biology, and she is a member of American Mensa.

Michael Black is currently the Sergeant at Arms and cofounder of Freethought Oasis. 'Mike' is a former naval reservist that was recalled for Desert Storm to work as a glorified janitor. In 1998 he graduated from West Texas A&M with a masters of science in mathematics. After teaching mathematics for 2 years he worked as an actuary for a major health insurance company for 4 years. Since then he has worked as an order puller, independent contractor, correction officer in a state penitentiary, and is currently working as a railroad conductor for one of the ‘Big 4’ railroads. He gave up making plans for the future since life has turned out to be very interesting.

Rodney Hinds is past President (2010-2012) and a co-founder of Freethought Oasis, Corp. Born and raised in Texas, U.S.A and proudly served in the U.S. Army 1972-1976. Rodney became a Fellow of the Life Management Institute in 1992 while working as a Sr. Programmer Analyst with one of the worlds largest insurance corporations. He has most recently been awarded the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation from Toastmasters International. He currently resides in Amarillo, Texas.
