Calendar events

If anyone wants to view our calendar events in their program of choice, here is how you do it.

1. Google Calendar

Go to Google calendar, click the dropdown beside "Other calendars", and select "Add by URL".

Now enter this URL: http://freethoughtoasis.org/calendar/ical/google

Click Add Calendar, and it should be good to go.

2. iCal

If you use Google Calendar and also use iCal you can go into iCal Preferences -> Accounts -> Delegation. Delegation should show all of the calendars you have on Google. From there you just click the Freethought Oasis one.

If you only use iCal, click on Calendar -> Subscribe. From there you enter in this URL: http://freethoughtoasis.org/calendar/ical

3. Any other calendar.

I don't use any other calendars so I can't verify if any of them will work or not. But in whatever calendar program you use, try to add "http://freethoughtoasis.org/calendar/ical" to your program. Let me know any problems.

If you use one of these external calendars, then whenever new events are added to our calendar on this site, it should also get updated on your external calendar.

Calendar events will also now be automatically added to Facebook, so you can always see the events from your Facebook account if you follow our Facebook page.
