Freethought is a public organization; however, we ask that the privacy of each group member be respected. Public release of information is by personal consent or court order and is never assumed to be authorized without the knowledge of the member. Email is used for correspondence and newsletter transmission. Each member is responsible to the group for protecting each individual’s privacy and is responsible for not sharing others email as made available through bulk mailings. If the newsletter is forwarded, to an outside entity please remove other email addresses to protect their privacy. Furthermore, pictures taken during group functions are not made public or used publicly without prior consent.
